All orders placed within the UK will be dispatched within 2-3 working days of receiving your order. For your convenience, the standard shipping rate within the UK is £3.99. Additionally, if your order exceeds £100, you will enjoy free shipping on your purchase, allowing you to save more when you shop with us.

Shipping to Europe

Yes, we do ship orders to Europe! The shipping cost for European destinations is £14.99. We aim to process these orders promptly while keeping you informed throughout the shipping process.

International Shipping

We are pleased to offer international shipping to customers around the globe. For deliveries to the rest of the world, a shipping fee of £19.99 will apply.

Please note that we do not provide free shipping to anywhere outside of the UK, for orders of any size.

Special Note on Memorial Pieces

The shipping rates outlined above do not apply to orders containing memorial pieces that include cremation ashes. Due to legal requirements for shipping ashes, special arrangements and rates will be provided for these sensitive items. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
