How do you forage materials?

I carefully gather flowers, moss, and mushrooms from local wild spots, respecting nature’s balance.

What about packaging?

All packaging is fully recyclable, biodegradable and kind to the planet.

Can you match jewellery sets?

Yes, I can create sets with pieces that closely match existing jewellery.

How long does delivery take?

I dispatch all orders within 2-3 working days however if you need something dispatched urgently or to meet a deadline, message me before placing your order and I will let you know how soon I will be able to get an order shipped to you.

Can you ship internationally

Can I return an item I am unhappy with?

I hope you that you will be very pleased with your purchase when it arrives, however if you are unsatisfied you can return to me within 14 days for a refund. For full details please see the RETURNS POLICY

Will the item vary from the photo on the website?

Every piece of jewellery is individually photographed and uploaded to the website. This means the picture you see online is of the actual piece of jewellery you will receive.

Can I send gifts directly to a recipient?

Yes, when checking out just add their shipping details. If you would like a note added please message me to let me know. I do not include any paper invoices in any orders.

An item I liked has now been sold. Will you be restocking sold out products?

I make a lot of products and try to always keep a wide selection of the range in the website, however is anything you like has sold out, message me as I might have similar items available that I haven't yet put on the webiste and if not I can make more. However please bear in mind that every item is unique and it will be a very similar item rather than an identical piece.

Do you supply shops and other trade outlets?

Not yet, however I would be open to the conversation. If you are interested in stocking my products please email me to see if we can come to an arrangement.
